Risk Adjustment Data Validation Population Summary Statistics Report

Acronym: RADVPS

The RADVPS report contains population statistics calculated per stratum for the total population of the issuer from all risk pool market types (Individual, Small Group and Catastrophic). The values calculated in this report include system-generated cross-year enrollment periods, created during the calculations under the state payment transfer formula in order to include qualifying cross-year claims. CMS will use the RADVPS created by the 2019 Benefit Year (BY) final RA command for RA Data Validation (RADV) purposes. Both CMS and the issuer receive this report
