Rate and Benefits Information System

Acronym: RBIS

ACA issuers enter plan cost-sharing and benefit information in a separate tool—the Rate and Benefits Information System (RBIS), which is accessed using the HIOS system and has the same user ID and password as HIOS. Information issuers enter into RBIS will appear on the Plan Finder for consumers to review and compare with other plans and products.
