Post Adjudicated Claims Data Reporting

Acronym: PACDR

The PACDR transaction is based on the 837P, 837I, and 837D and sends claims data after the claims have been adjudicated. Data conveyed in the PACDR transaction includes original claim information about the services rendered and the billing amount, as well as adjudication information about paid amounts. The sender of the transaction is usually a payer to an APCD, but can also be a provider. The data reported in the PACDR transaction is typically analyzed for utilization of health care services and actual costs.
