Ombudsman Program

A new Department program to be established to provide education, advocacy, and issue resolution for Medicaid beneficiaries whether they are in the Medicaid Managed Care program or the Medicaid Fee-for-Service program. This program is separate and distinct from the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program.
