Monthly Membership Report

Monthly Membership Detail Data Files (defined in Section 6.6.1 of the MAPD Plan Communication User Guide Version 12.1, May 2018).[^2] The Monthly Membership Detail Data Files provides information to Plans for reconciling the Plan Medicare membership and payment records to CMS records. The MMR reflects Risk Adjustment (RA) information. Since all Plans are 100 percent risk-adjusted, the RA payment method is reflected on the MMR. The report continues to display beneficiary-level status and also includes RA factor and payment rate information.
