Acronym: HCRPS

The HCRPS Report provides market and plan-level results of the HCRP calculation, including application of the HCRP payment parameters for all enrollees. It also provides the total premiums by market three (3) for the HCRP charge calculation. Both CMS and the issuer receive this report.
