The Front-End Risk Adjustment System (FERAS) receives RAPS data from submitters. Submitters send risk adjustment data to FERAS where front‐end edits are performed. FERAS’ edits include: Checks RAPS file and batch level for errors Checks first and last detail record of RAPS file to see if totals agree Rejects complete RAPS file if errors are found
