Exempt Population

Beneficiaries in Exempt Populations may voluntarily enroll in Managed Care Organizations on an opt-in basis. Members of Exempt Populations are allowed to opt into Medicaid Managed Care or into Medicaid Fee-for-Service at any time, upon request to the Enrollment Broker.
