Allowed Claims

The maximum amount to be reimbursed to a provider for medical claims (professional and facility), pharmacy claims, and behavioral health claims, as negotiated and defined in the provider contract for a covered service, including any Member cost sharing and Coordination of Benefit (COB) amounts.
